My bloggig experience

 My blogging experience was very good and entertaining, the minimum of words was not an excessive amount, which allowed the task not to become so tedious. Most of the topics we had to write about also pleased me as they helped me recall past experiences, which was great.  I think my ability to write in English improved but it could have been even better, I just lacked more commitment, what happens to me is that I know what I want to say, but it is difficult for me to put it in writing. The best thing about blogging is that I got to know new English words. I would like to see topics like creating stories, short stories, or prototyping academic articles in the future in order to develop future skills that we will need when we graduate from college. I think it would be interesting to write about more varied topics to let our imagination run wild. In this way we could develop new skills and have greater confidence in ourselves.

My favorite subject so far

     Although I am just finishing my first year of college education, there are certain subjects that have already become my favorites. Among these subjects, and the one that is my favorite is Social History of Latin America. The class is held virtually through the Zoom platform and consists of a lecture class directed by Professor Carlos Ruiz. Once the teacher finishes presenting, there are times to ask questions and give our own opinions.      The course begins by showing us the establishment of the colony after the conquest carried out by the Spanish and Portuguese in Latin America. Right now we are about to start studying the 20th century.      I love this subject because at school we only study the history of Chile and there is no knowledge, or very vague, about the history of the rest of Latin America. We have learned to value our own history and to be able to detach ourselves from Eurocentric thoughts. What I liked the most was realizing the specificity that Latin America has an

My favorite website

My favorite website is BBC News Mundo. I came across the site two years ago looking for a cell phone app that would let me know what was happening around the world quickly and conveniently. I downloaded several apps and this was the one that ended up being chosen. The site is divided by categories of interest, such as: Latin America, International, Science, Economy, Culture, Technology, etc. What I especially like about this site is that it presents very varied articles and is also quite objective and clear about what it publishes. In addition, it has very enlightening news on topics that you might not think you would understand, such as black holes, but through good examples, they explain everything to you. Since my cell phone broke, I have had to settle for seeing the application over the internet, since the cell phone I have now has very little storage. But in normal times, I tend to visit him once a day. I recommend that you visit it if you want to be aware of very varied topics. H

My favorite gadget

I first received this device when I was 12 years old. At that time most of my colleagues already had one of their own, I am quite irresponsible because most of the ones I have had in my life end up broke. I use this device every day of my life, I am currently occupying an old one from my grandmother because mine broke. I use it mainly to be aware of what is happening around me, in addition to being used to carry out procedures. The great thing about this device is that it helps me to entertain myself and also to study. I believe that life without this device would be healthier, but it would be more difficult to be aware of what is happening. I hope to raise money to be able to buy a better one since the one I currently have is very old.
